General Terms
The decision of the jury and festival organizers shall be final and binding.
• The festival reserves the right to change its venue, dates, format (online/offline), or schedule.
• No fee refunds will be issued under any circumstances after submission.
• The filmmaker retains full copyright of their work.
Eligibility: Films can be submitted by the Producer, Director, School/College Principal, Teacher, or Institution.
Submission Method: Entries can be submitted online with website an online screener link (Vimeo, YouTube, or other platforms).
Copyright Responsibility: By submitting a film, the filmmaker/producer/principal/institution head takes full responsibility for any copyright issues related to the music, script, and all creative and technical aspects of the film.
Entries Fee’s: According to categories.
Multiple Entries: Multiple entries are allowed, but each must be accompanied by a separate submission form and entry fee.
Production Year: There is no restriction on the year of the film’s production.
Duration: Maximum 20 minutes (including credits)
Format: Digital files in MP4, MOV, or AVI format
Resolution: Minimum 1080p (Full HD) Audio: Clear dialogue and sound mixing
Subtitles: Films in languages other than Hindi or English must have subtitles in English.
Physical Submissions: Entries may also be submitted physically by sending. Online, Emails, By Post & Link

Production Notes: Brief behind-the-scenes information

Alternative: Direct submission via festival email
Physical Media: Only if digital submission not possible.

JURY PANEL: 5-7 Industry Professionals Minimum 60% Female Representation Mix of Directors, Producers, Educators, and Child Psychologists Regional and International Perspectives

1. RIGHTS & PERMISSIONS: Filmmakers retain all rights to their work, Festival reserves right to screen films during festival period Non-exclusive screening rights for educational purposes, Proper attribution required for all screenings
2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: Films must be technically sound for projection, Backup copies required for selected films, closed captions preferred for accessibility, colour correction and sound mixing standards apply
3. FESTIVAL POLICIES:
No Refund Policy: Entry fees are non-refundable. Final Decisions: Jury decisions are final and binding. Code of Conduct: Professional behaviour expected from all participants. Promotional Use: Festival may use film clips for promotional purposes
DISQUALIFICATION CRITERIA:
Violation of female participation requirement. Inappropriate content for target audience. Technical quality below minimum standards. Incomplete submission materials. Entry fees can be paid via QR code, net banking, or direct bank deposit.
Entry Fee: Submissions will only be considered after the non-refundable entry fee is received. Publicity Material Usage: CIIFF 2025 reserves the right to use photographs and promotional materials submitted along with entries for publicity purposes. These will not be returned. Telecast Rights: Excerpts from any submitted film may be used for television and social media promotion during the festival period. Incomplete Submissions: Entries with incomplete, inaccurate, or illegible information will not be considered. Submission Format: The submitted Pen Drive or Hard Drive will be considered final & no changes will be accepted after submission. It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure the device is free of physical or quality defects. Screening Schedule: A complete schedule of selected films will be published on the festival website. Withdrawal Policy: Once submitted, a film cannot be withdrawn. However, the Festival Director reserves the right to disqualify any film on valid grounds. Jury Decision: The decision of the jury is final and binding and cannot be challenged. Awards & Recognition: If a credit (e.g., Director, Writer) is shared by more than one person, only one memento will be presented. However, certificates will be given to all credit holders.
